TRS Star anise (BADIAN) has a rusty colour and shape of irregular Star. It has sweet but pungent, fennel like aroma with spicy warmth. Is a major component of garam masala, in Indian cusine. It lasts for over two years in whole form. Enhances the flavour of meat, chicken preparation, biryani, and masala chai. Store it in clean and airtight containers and don’t mix it with other spices.
