  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Express delivery (where available) takes 1-2 working days.

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Free shipping for orders over £40.

    • Standard delivery is £3.99 for orders under £40.

    • Express delivery is £7.99 (available in select areas).

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of groceries, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we’ll help resolve the issue.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
